A set of specially selected exercises, designed for people of all ages. The main movements are aimed at stretching the joints, increasing their mobility, developing the capacity of the body as a whole. Such a complex will give you a sense of “control” of your body, make the movement smoother, more coordinated and beautiful. The ability to feel your body is the goal of any gymnastics.

The main plus of the exercises is articular gymnastics – in the body in sufficient quantities begins to produce interconnecting fluid. In other words, the person ceases to “squeak”. This is a set of elementary movements that restore the natural mobility of the joints, ranging from the usual rotations of the type of brushes “we wrote, we wrote, our fingers tired” and ending with complicated force and stretching exercises. Under the “complex” movements is meant the bridge and twine who dream to learn to do all the women of the world. Contraindications for articular gymnastics are not there, and children can engage, and adults to a deep old age.

However, flexibility and stretching are not the main purchases from exercises with articular gymnastics. Thanks to precisely adjusted load, all large joints of the body are strengthened, and the articular fluid is stimulated. The result is a long-forgotten, infant’s ease and freedom of movement
